THE UNTOLD STORY OF LAPAR

I am �Lapar�.  I was born in 1993 in Michigan.  Surprised?!!  Well, it�s true.  My master put me into existence when he registered me in the Internet Relay Chat, known as IRC.  Well, at that time, we only used Unix �ytalk�, �ntalk�,�talk�, �IRCII�.  It was cool!!! I talked to different persons through telephone lines. 

My master abandoned me for quite sometimes in 1995 because he was busy doing other computer stuff.  I came into existence again in 1996 when my master re-registered in IRC.  I harbored in two different �boats�.  One called �mIRC� and the other one called �PIRCH�.  From that on, I travel thousand of miles across the ocean to meet my friends in the island of  �KadazanDusun�, a place where we communicate using our common language, �Kadus�.

Being a transparent entity is fun but sometimes made me feel stupid.  Praises, acceptance, and recognition.  These are some of the things that made my existence worthwhile.  But sometimes, I got kicked, cursed, flatly accused, flooded, terminated, banned and even temporarily killed.  Well, it�s the way of life in our world.

As a whole, I am happy with my life and I am thankful to my dear master for making me alive.
